Packaging and Processing

All shipments are packaged according to type to ensure safe arrival. Our processing time for stock home décor items, including chairs and non-oversized mirrors, is 1-2 business days, although most orders ship either on the same day or within one business day. More oversized items, such as furniture and floor standing mirrors, can take up to five to ten business days to process from stock. The statements regarding processing time apply only to products in stock and exclude all pre-orders.

Shipping Services and Times

Our free shipping option for home decor items is FedEx or UPS. Transit times throughout the U.S. are highly variable and range from 1 to 7 days, depending on where you live relative to Colorado. FedEx will deliver on Sundays, but UPS will not.

Our free shipping option for larger pieces is a threshold (not inside the home) delivery. Transit times throughout the U.S. vary from 2 to 10 business days, depending on where you live relative to Colorado. Add-on services, questions, quotations, and the like can delay your shipment and may incur additional costs. For either small parcels or truck shipments, changing the delivery address is a complex process; it will delay the delivery and will incur fees that are your responsibility to pay before delivery.

Room of choice and white glove delivery services are available upon request. You will be responsible for the difference in price between our standard service and the upgrade you choose. This amount is billed at our cost and must be paid before shipping your order.
